RAFORLU 服务条款

第1条（目的）
本条款旨在规定RAFORLU（以下简称"公司"）运营的在线商城（以下简称"商城"）与用户之间的权利、义务及责任事项。

第2条（会员注册及使用协议）

  1. 用户须按照公司规定的程序申请会员注册，公司同意后使用协议成立。
  2. 未满14周岁的未成年人不得注册会员。

第3条（订单及付款）

  1. 用户可通过商城提供的方式下单，并通过公司指定的付款方式（信用卡、支付宝、微信支付等）完成付款。
  2. 商品价格、运费及相关税费以下单时页面显示内容为准。
  3. 如遇缺货、价格错误等不可避免情形，公司可取消订单，此时已支付款项将全额退还。

第4条（配送）
配送相关事项遵循另行制定的《Shipping Policy》。

第5条（退换货及退款）
退换货及退款相关事项遵循另行制定的《退换货政策》。

第6条（知识产权）
商城内发布的所有图片、设计、标识、文字等著作权及知识产权归公司所有，未经公司事先同意不得擅自复制、传播或转载。

第7条（公司义务）
公司将按照相关法律法规及本条款规定，尽力持续、稳定地提供商品及服务。

第8条（用户义务）
用户不得实施以下行为：

  • 冒用他人信息
  • 擅自变更公司发布的信息
  • 侵犯公司及第三方的著作权等知识产权
  • 妨碍公司正常运营服务的行为

第9条（免责条款）

  1. 因自然灾害、战争、通信故障等不可抗力导致公司无法提供服务的，公司免责。
  2. 因用户自身原因导致的服务使用障碍，公司不承担责任。

第10条（准据法及管辖）
与本条款相关的争议适用大韩民国法律，管辖法院以民事诉讼法规定的管辖法院为准。

第11条（条款变更）
公司如有必要可变更本条款，变更时将在商城首页公告。

附则
本条款自2026年7月5日起施行。

 

RAFORLU Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between RAFORLU ("the Company") and users of its online store ("the Store").

Article 2 (Membership and Agreement)

  1. Users may apply for membership according to the Company's procedures; the agreement is formed upon the Company's acceptance.
  2. Children under the age of 14 may not register as members.

Article 3 (Orders and Payment)

  1. Users may place orders through the methods provided by the Store and make payment via methods designated by the Company (credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.).
  2. Product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes shall follow what is displayed at the time of order.
  3. The Company may cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances such as stock shortages or pricing errors, in which case the full payment will be refunded.

Article 4 (Shipping)
Shipping matters are governed by the separate Shipping Policy.

Article 5 (Returns and Refunds)
Return and refund matters are governed by the separate Return & Refund Policy.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All images, designs, logos, and text published on the Store are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, or transmitted without prior consent.

Article 7 (Company's Obligations)
The Company shall make its best effort to provide goods and services continuously and stably in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Article 8 (User's Obligations)
Users shall not:

  • Impersonate or misuse another person's information
  • Alter information posted by the Company without authorization
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Interfere with the Company's normal operation of the Store

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or communication failures.
  2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction determined under the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary and will announce any changes on the Store's homepage.

Addendum
These Terms are effective as of July 5, 2026.
