退换货及退款政策

  • 退货期限:自收货之日起 7 天内,如商品保持未佩戴、未拆封状态,并附带完整包装及鉴定证书,可申请退货或换货。
  • 瑕疵商品:如收到有瑕疵或损坏的产品,请在收货后 7 天内通过官方客服渠道与我们联系,我们将为您安排免费换货或退款。
  • 退货流程:申请退货前,请先通过客服提供订单信息及退货原因,确认后我们将指引您完成寄回流程。
  • 运费说明:因瑕疵/错发导致的退换货,运费由公司承担;因个人原因申请退货的,运费由客户承担。
  • 不适用范围:含刻字等个性化定制选项的商品,或有佩戴痕迹、缺失包装/鉴定证书的商品,恕不接受退换。


Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unopened, and returned with its original packaging and certificate included.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our official customer service within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
  • Return Process: Please contact customer service with your order details and reason for return before shipping the item back; we will guide you through the return process.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered by the Company for defective or misshipped items; customers are responsible for return shipping in cases of change of mind.
  • Exclusions: Items with personalized options such as engraving, or items showing signs of wear or missing packaging/certificate, are not eligible for return.
